Sustainability – In 2016, Raytheon set 14 new sustainability goals for the company to achieve by 2020. This year yielded solid results in waste minimization, water and energy reduction, and travel/supplier greenhouse gas emissions reduction. In 2016, Raytheon received its tenth consecutive Energy Star Sustained Excellence award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

In 2016, 95 percent of Raytheon leaders completed diversity and inclusion learning to support an environment where our people can contribute to their fullest potential.
