Raytheon Acquires Telemus Solutions, Inc.

Acquisition strengthens capability as a provider of critical information security and intelligence services

GARLAND, Texas, July 28, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has acquired Telemus Solutions, Inc., a provider of information security, intelligence and technical services to defense, intelligence and other federal customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Falls Church, Va., Telemus delivers customized solutions in infrastructure protection, engineering, research and analysis that help customers detect, defer, and delay potential security threats.
