Raytheon Names Susan Lynch as RTSC Chief Financial Officer

    RESTON, Va., Feb. 14, 2005  /PRNewswire/ -- Susan D. Lynch has been named
chief financial officer for Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC).

    Effective immediately, Lynch will lead all facets of RTSC's financial
strategy, planning and management and oversee accounting and billing/cash
collection. She will be located at RTSC's headquarters in Reston, Va.

    Lynch came to Raytheon from Honeywell International's Global Business
Services, where she served as assistant corporate controller. While there, she
was responsible for financial controls and reporting for the controllers
organization and drove process improvements and improved internal controls for
more than 20 reporting units. She also led worldwide Sarbanes-Oxley
documentation, testing and remediation.

    Lynch has broad experience in planning, reporting, control, tax and
treasury. She has spent the majority of her career with Honeywell in positions
of progressively higher authority covering all areas of business management
and finance. Prior to serving as assistant corporate controller, Lynch led the
North American controllers organization for Global Business Services. She
served as director of business, analysis and planning for a $24 billion
diversified Honeywell conglomerate and as chief financial officer for the
Latin American region finance organization following the
AlliedSignal/Honeywell merger. Prior to that, she was vice president and
controller for Geonex Corporation.

    Lynch holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration
from Mid America University in Olathe, Kan., and is a certified public
accountant.
