Raytheon and Opel/Vauxhall win Silver Award from Brandon Hall Research
DALLAS, Feb. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Professional Services LLC, EMEA, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), and Opel/Vauxhall, won a Silver Award from Brandon Hall Research in the Best Results of a Learning Program category.
The award honors RPS for the European sales curriculum it designed, developed, deployed and manages on behalf of Opel/Vauxhall in Europe. The Brandon Hall Research Excellence in Learning Awards recognize the best in innovative learning content and initiatives.
"The sales curriculum is one element of a broader service RPS provides to sales consultants at Opel/Vauxhall dealerships in Europe," said Benoit Presle, Opel/ Vauxhall training manager. "It is designed to improve the performance of sales consultants and support implementation of the company's European sales strategy. The sales curriculum is delivered in 34 countries and 22 languages across Europe. "Our approach provides sales consultants with high-quality, consistent training relevant to their local markets while achieving the cost benefits of a centralized solution," said Neil Johnson, RPS account director.
Brandon Hall, Ph.D., is an independent expert in e-learning. He chairs the annual Excellence in Learning Awards program, now in its 12th year. It is the first recognition program dedicated entirely to the e-learning industry.
