Raytheon Names Nancy Greer as Chief Financial Officer of Intelligence and Information Systems
GARLAND, Texas, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raytheon Company has appointed Nancy H. Greer as vice president of Finance and chief financial officer for Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS). In this capacity, she will be responsible for directing overall financial policies and procedures for the IIS business. Greer begins her new role June 7 and will be based here. Greer brings to Raytheon more than 20 years of professional financial experience. She most recently served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Alcatel North America in Plano, Texas. Previously, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young and DCS Communications. Greer is a certified public accountant, holding an accounting degree from the University of Texas-Austin. "Ms. Greer's analytical, organizational and leadership skills are a perfect match for us as we continue to improve and enhance our finance operation," said Mike Keebaugh, IIS president.
