Raytheon UTD Ranked as One of Washington Area's Fastest Growing Businesses
SPRINGFIELD, Va., Oct. 12, 2005 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company's UTD business area has been ranked among Washington Technology's Fast 50 for 2005, an annual listing of the fastest growing small businesses in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area government market.
Raytheon UTD, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon, grew 64 percent in the last five years. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth of government revenues over five years, from 2000-2004. Only companies that are categorized as small businesses and have at least $100,000 in government revenue are eligible for nomination.
