Raytheon to Delist Voluntarily from NYSE Arca, Inc. and the Chicago Stock Exchange
WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 27, 2006 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) announced today plans to withdraw its common stock from listing on NYSE Arca, Inc., formerly known as the Pacific Exchange, and the Chicago Stock Exchange, in order to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens. Raytheon's common stock will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange and will also continue to trade on an unlisted trading privilege basis on both the NYSE Arca and the Chicago Stock Exchange.
