TEWKSBURY, Mass., Feb. 27, 2007 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) plans to offer the Army a world-class team in a bid for the U.S. Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS).
