Raytheon Team Starts Work To Integrate the U.S. Army's Live, Virtual and Constructive Training Support
RESTON, Va., May 6, 2008 /PRNewswire/ -- The Warrior Training Alliance, led by Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC), has begun integrating the U.S. Army's live, virtual and constructive training under the Warfighter FOCUS (Field Operations Customer Support) program.
RTSC, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), won the 10-year, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract last summer. Since the program was awarded, the team has spent the last several months on transition activities to ensure the program would be ready to start May 1.

The Warfighter FOCUS program is under the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation to consolidate operations and maintenance, systems integration and engineering support services for the Army's live, virtual and constructive training systems. The program is operated by the Raytheon-led Warrior Training Alliance, which is composed of industry leaders with highly relevant areas critical to the Warfighter FOCUS program's success.
